Apple and Samsung will take 90% of benefits of the market in this year

Fortunate are the predictions of market analysts. Maynard Um of UBS, continues the optimistic speech most of his colleagues, many smartphones will be sold (1,690 million) and companies will gain 242,000 million. At first prediction was somewhat lower but seeing the financial results of Apple decided to climb a little estimation.

Nothing new: optimism and growth in a market that continues to expand. However Um has left us a prediction rather curious. Apple and Samsung, two of the great titans of the industry, will grab 90% of the profits obtained during this year, a huge figure but with a little nuance.

This well, 90%, is an outrage. But Um clarifies that it is earnings before interest and taxes. According to analyst the competition will be tough this year even though Apple and Samsung will grab 55% of the market. Samsung Galaxy S2 update to Android 4.0

We all know that Samsung, like mobile phone brand, aims to be always up to date and update its most popular handsets to the latest versions of the operating system that assembles, for it could be less. Few hours ago has been told that Samsung has confirmed some of their mobile phones more and more popular worldwide sales will be updated to Android 4.0 within a few weeks, specifically in March.

Android 4.0 is the new version of mobile operating system that was launched recently and today we can see in almost any mobile phone or tablet. Of course, for all users of Android and Nimbuzz to know that we are working hard to make the application to talk and send messages for free to function at 100% in the new version of Android 4.0.

Samsung does not confirm the union of bada with Tizen

Neither bada is a success in the market, despite surviving well considering the toughness of competition, nor have the ancestors of Tizen achieved its market space. The companies behind the supposed union of the two platforms can not be more powerful, Intel and Samsung, but does not guarantee a happy ending.

Tinged with the “alleged” because it is that Samsung itself has appeared in the media to report that they have not taken any firm decision. Neither Samsung, nor any other member of the association Tizen has confirmed the union with the operating system bada.

It is striking that balk at the decision when the vice president of Samsung, Tae-Jin Kang, was commissioned to announce that there would be a union in the way of both platforms. Their argument now is that they must be careful with the process, because the choice affects a system that is currently living bada, so they have to look for the best for customers. This new Samsung S5222 is not a smartphone and enters the low-end category. As for features we have to bring an acceptable 3 inch QVGA touch screen, and by the side of its TouchWiz user interface.

Samsung: Five million smartphones sold in South Korea

We could say that it is unanimous; everyone agrees that Samsung Galaxy S2 is one of the best smartphones on the market today, and that translates into being a bestseller worldwide.

If a cell with strong sales worldwide, then it is expected that in its homeland, South Korea, is one of the most popular phones, especially for that Samsung has that very oiled publicity machine at home, and just so. The Korean giant has sold five million of Galaxy S2 in their own land, and that’s a huge achievement.
